Terms & Agreements
These terms govern your use of the Gamedrop mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Kagutsuchi Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service
Gamedrop lets you keep a game library and submit supported video links so we can suggest games mentioned in those videos. Matching is automated and can be incomplete or wrong. Gamedrop does not sell games, host the original videos, or replace the stores or platforms those videos come from.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may use the app without an account. Content stored only on your device is not synced until you register.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (for example profile photos, video URLs, and library choices). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service — including sending URLs to transcription and language-model providers so we can extract game titles.
You represent that you have the right to submit each URL and photo, and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or the rules of the platform the video lives on.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Break the law or infringe other people’s rights
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Misuse analysis features, including submitting content at a scale meant to harm the Service
- Upload malware or deceptive profile material
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some features, including additional video analyses after a free allowance, may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase. Prices, duration, and product names are shown in the app and may vary by store and region.
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions), not inside Gamedrop itself.
- Unused time on a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies, unless the law requires otherwise. Restoring purchases on a new device uses the same store account.
Third-party material
Game titles, artwork, and related catalog data may come from IGDB and other third parties. Video platforms remain responsible for the clips you share. Their terms apply to your use of those services. We are not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Apple, Google, or the game publishers whose titles appear in results.
Intellectual property
The Gamedrop name, logo, and app are owned by Kagutsuchi Labs. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our software or branding except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that analysis will catch every game, that catalog data is complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kagutsuchi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) AUD $50.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Email support@kagutsuchi.dev to request account deletion. We may stop providing the Service or terminate accounts with or without notice if required to protect the Service or comply with law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the new terms. For material changes we may also notify you in the app or by email when we have an address for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
